The consumer is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of ordering the desired product. II. Rights and obligations of the parties

1. "Retro Sport" EOOD undertakes:
• to confirm the availability of the ordered items or to refuse the order within 3 working days;
• to deliver within the period specified in the information for Deliveries and returns .
• before being sent, each item is checked for technical condition (if possible, without compromising the integrity of the package);
• guarantees that all products are brand new (unused!) And sealed by the manufacturer, except in cases where the contrary is explicitly mentioned in the presentation of the goods on the site.
2. The client undertakes:

• to pay the price of the goods according to the conditions described in the Payment Information;

• to provide access and opportunity to receive the goods.
The goods ordered for purchase are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, within the period provided in the information for delivery and payment of goods.

Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer or a third party signs the accompanying documents. Anyone who is not the holder of the application, but accepts the goods for delivery and is at the address specified by the customer is considered a third party.
In case the Customer is not found within the deadline for delivery to the specified address or access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided within this period, "Retro Sport" EOOD is released from its obligation to deliver the goods ordered for purchase. The customer can confirm his wish to receive the goods even after the expiration of the delivery period, in which he was not found at the address, bearing all delivery costs. In this case, a new delivery period starts to run from the moment of confirmation.

The customer has the right to refuse to receive the goods ordered for purchase when it is delivered to him under one of the following conditions:
• the delivered goods obviously do not correspond to the one ordered for purchase by the Customer and this can be established through its ordinary inspection.
• the price that the Client has to pay does not correspond to the due price.
• in case of discrepancy between the ordered for purchase and the delivered goods, which could not be established at the time of delivery.
In case of discrepancy between the ordered for purchase and the delivered goods, the Customer has the right to request replacement of the size or item appearing in his original order. In this case it is necessary to state your wish, in writing (by e-mail) or orally (by phone), within a period not longer than 14 days at the address Sofia, 26 Vitosha Blvd., ALL STAR Sofia store. In case of non-conformity of the goods, the costs for returning the goods are at the expense of Retro Sport EOOD and are reimbursed after the goods are returned and the non-conformity is established by Retro Sport EOOD.

The customer has the right within a period not longer than 14 days from the acceptance of the items by the customer or a third party, without paying compensation or penalty and without stating a reason, to return the received items to Sofia 1000, 26 Vitosha Blvd. , ALL STAR store Sofia.
Retro Sport EOOD refunds all amounts received by the consumer, except for the delivery costs. Retro Sport EOOD has no obligation to reimburse the additional costs for delivery of the goods, when the customer has explicitly chosen a method of delivery of the goods, different from the cheapest type of standard delivery that Retro Sport EOOD provides.

 

The costs of returning the goods from the consumer to "Retro Sport" EOOD when exercising the right of withdrawal are at the expense of the customer.

Return is allowed under the following conditions:
• the request for return of the goods is submitted in writing to the e-mail address indicated by Retro Sport EOOD, within a period not longer than 14 days from the date of acceptance of the items by the customer or a third party. The order must contain a personal bank account of the customer, to which the amount paid by the customer for the goods must be refunded;
• the goods are in good commercial condition, original packaging, with original labels, accompanied by the original documents issued by "Retro Sport" EOOD - invoice, receipt, warranty card (if any);
• the customer returns the goods to the address Sofia 1000, 26 Vitosha Blvd., ALL STAR store

• in accordance with the provisions of the CPA, ALL STAR Sofia refunds the amount paid to the customer within 14 days from the date on which the customer has exercised his right to return the goods.
Retro Sport EOOD reserves the right not to refund the amount paid by the customer in case of violation of one or more conditions for return of goods.

Refund of amounts paid by cash on delivery.
When returning amounts paid by cash on delivery, it is necessary to have an identity between the person ordering the goods and the person returning the goods, regardless of who received it, and to provide the receipt received at the time of purchase. It is the ordering and returning person who will receive back the money he paid by cash on delivery.
