Delivery and returns

I. Delivery

Pick up from the store

The cheapest delivery option is with the "Get from the store" option, which is BGN 0. In this case, the goods can be picked up from our physical store at Sofia, 26 Vitosha Blvd. (on the corner with Solunska St.).

  Deliveries of purchases purchased through www.allstarsofia.com are made by Econt. After a successful order from this site, it is necessary to process the order, which usually happens on the same or next business day. After the successful processing of the order, it is transferred to Econt, where delivery to the final address takes from 2 to 4 working days for delivery to an Econt office and from 2 to 5 for delivery to the exact address. It is possible to delay orders with an address far from Sofia.

ECONT delivers orders for the city of Sofia and many other large settlements on the next working day.

The delivery is at the expense of the Client.

We deliver through the courier company Econt to the whole country, and delivery to both an Econt office and to an exact address can be selected. Based on the amount of the order, the basket will show the approximate price for all costs from Econt, including transport fees, VAT, packaging fee and cash on delivery fee. There may be a discrepancy of a few pennies of this amount with the actual one.

Possibility for review and sample.

Upon delivery, the customer has the opportunity to review and sample the ordered goods. Trying on shoes happens without going out with them. In case of refusal by the Customer to purchase the goods, he must pay the costs of Econt for its delivery and return.

When ordering through this website, the names, contact phone number and delivery address of the Customer are required for the delivery, and this data is stored in compliance with all conditions of the GDPR and our Privacy Policy .

II. Return

Return of the purchased goods is made within 14 days of receipt only in the same form in which it was received and with a reserved fiscal receipt. The shoes can be returned only if they are not worn outside and are in good condition. Even if they have only been worn for a few hours, it is obvious and it will not be possible to return them.

The return can take place through Econt or another courier company and the return costs are at the expense of the Client or by bringing the purchased goods to our store in Sofia, 26 Vitosha Blvd.

Upon returning the goods, the Customer must send / provide the goods in the same form in which they were purchased, as well as the fiscal receipt that he received when purchasing the goods.

When sending the goods back, let the option for payment of the goods by the recipient be selected (ALL STAR Sofia) and the amount must be the same as on the fiscal receipt and as paid by the Customer when purchasing it.

 

It is possible to change the purchased product with another (another model or another number of the same shoes) and if the new product is more expensive, an additional payment by the Customer is required. The costs of returning the old and delivering the new goods are again borne by the Customer.
